Meet Today Technology INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Flash Ring mobile application and its Thoughts feature (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Service. It also describes the choices and privacy rights that may be available to you.

The Service requests microphone access only when needed to let you record a thought. You can disable microphone access through your device settings, but voice-recording functionality will no longer work.
We do not use voice recordings to create voiceprints or for biometric identification.

We limit the information sent to these providers to what is reasonably necessary to perform the requested function. These providers act on our behalf and are contractually or otherwise required to protect the information and process it only for permitted purposes.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI Comments are provided for reflection and convenience and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.

The current Flash Ring service architecture stores and processes personal information in a data center located in Singapore. As a result, personal information submitted by users in the United States or Canada may be transferred to and processed in Singapore and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to provide an appropriate level of protection for transferred information.
By using the Service, you understand that your personal information may be processed outside your state, province, or country of residence, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.

Deleting content from the active Service may not immediately remove copies from encrypted backups. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and deleted or overwritten according to our backup schedule, unless retention is legally required.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than providing and securing the Service or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We have not sold personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration and have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding 12 months.

Subject to applicability and legal exceptions, residents of certain states may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information and may appeal a denied request. The current Thoughts service does not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, our processing practices, or applicable law.
When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Where required, we will obtain consent before applying a material change to information already collected.
